These Terms govern your use of NIMORA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using NIMORA

You may use NIMORA only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and our Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the media, directions, and other content you submit. Only submit content you have the right to use.

Accounts and Gems

Keep your account credentials secure. Gems are digital service credits used for eligible creations. Quotes are shown before a creation is submitted. Prices, availability, and eligible features may change. A purchase or task uses safeguards intended to prevent duplicate charges, but you should contact support promptly if you see an error.

Membership and rewards

Membership benefits, including discounted creation costs and monthly Gem claims, are shown in the app before purchase. Promotional offers and rewarded advertising are subject to the terms displayed at the time. Reward access does not guarantee availability.

Your content and creations

You keep your rights in content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You grant NIMORA permission to process submitted content solely to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. Generated output can be unpredictable and may not be unique. Review output before relying on it or sharing it.

Prohibited use

You may not use NIMORA to violate rights, impersonate another person deceptively, create sexualized content involving minors, create non-consensual intimate imagery, harass others, evade safeguards, or interfere with the service.

Availability and changes

NIMORA is provided as available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted creation, storage, or third-party service availability.
